SUT Hair Transplantation

Hair transplantation using the SUT method:

The SUT method is a new technique compared to other hair transplantation methods such as FIT and FUT. This method uses automatic devices for hair transplantation, and all stages of the transplantation are controlled by your doctor. In SUT transplantation, the follicles are not manually removed and transplanted. Instead, they are separated from the donor area (usually the back of your head) using a punch, then frozen and finally transferred to the bald areas. Freezing the hair follicles prevents them from deteriorating until they are implanted. Due to the punch and freezing system in the SUT method, a very small percentage of hair roots are lost during transplantation.

Extraction:

In the SUT method, the patient is not put under general anesthesia but is given local anesthesia instead. No surgery or hair strip removal is done. This method is almost like the FIT method, where only hair follicles are moved. However, the use of new tools and technology makes it better.

Results:

  • Side effects in the SUT method are not extensive.
  • It has a short recovery period.
  • The speed of transferring hair follicles from the donor area to the recipient area is higher compared to other methods.
  • It does not cause punctures, wounds, or bleeding.

What to do before hair transplantation: Here are some recommendations that you should follow before hair transplantation:

  • Have a light meal in the morning.
